Yesterday I started working in a new school library after two years (eventful, steep learning curve, hectic years) as TL at a different school.
I am incredibly grateful to my old school as they gave me the opportunity where I would not have had it before to become a TL. In turn this led to new opportunities... and so here I am. It's going to be different, I know, but I think it's the best thing for me professionally and personally.
